// ABOUT

Software, indexed for how it should be built.

Founded in 2020, TrieIndex started as a small team that wanted to build and staff software the deliberate way — every decision traceable, every system built to be maintained, not just shipped and forgotten.

/// WHO WE ARE

TrieIndex is a software partner for teams that need more than a vendor. We design and build custom applications, embed engineers in existing teams, and run products of our own — so the people advising you are the same people shipping code every day.

The name comes from the trie, a data structure that finds anything by following a clear path, one step at a time. That is how we like to work: every decision traceable, every system organised so the next engineer can find their way around it.

Most of our work today sits where software meets AI — retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, computer vision and the data pipelines that feed them — alongside the web platforms, APIs and integrations that put those systems in front of real users.

/// HOW WE WORK

01

Ownership

We treat your problem like our own product — not a ticket to close and move on from.

02

Precision

Measured, tested, and documented — not "it works on my machine."

03

Longevity

Software built to be maintained for years, by whoever inherits it next.

04

Clarity

Plain-language updates, honest estimates, and no surprises in scope or cost.

/// WHAT WE BUILD

AI & LLM systems

RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows and fine-tuned models, built for production rather than the demo.

Web & mobile applications

Full-stack products, dashboards and internal tools, from the first prototype to long-term support.

ReactNext.jsDjangoFastAPI

Data & integration

ETL pipelines, API integrations and background processing that keep systems talking to each other reliably.

Computer vision

Detection and classification models for images and scans, trained, evaluated and deployed end to end.

Engineering teams

Engineers who join your team, architecture and code audits, and vetted talent when you need to grow.

  3. 03

    Build

    Short iterations with working software you can see and test, and regular check-ins.

/// FAQ

Straight answers to the questions we hear most. Anything else, just ask.

What does TrieIndex do?

We design, build and staff software. That means custom web, mobile and desktop applications, AI systems such as RAG pipelines and agentic workflows, engineers embedded in your team, and a couple of products we run ourselves.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

New products built from scratch, AI features added to existing products, integrations between systems, data pipelines, and rescue or modernisation of codebases that have become hard to maintain. If you are not sure whether your project fits, ask — we will tell you honestly.

How do pricing and engagements work?

Every project is scoped around the outcome rather than a fixed package. After a discovery call we propose either a fixed-scope project with milestones or an ongoing monthly engagement, whichever suits the work, and you get a written estimate before anything starts.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A focused MVP or integration often takes a few weeks; a larger platform can take a few months. Your proposal includes a timeline broken into milestones, so you always know what is coming next.

Can you work with our existing team or codebase?

Yes. Our engineers can join your team and work inside your tools and processes, or we can start with an architecture and code audit to understand what you have before recommending changes.

Who owns the code you write?

You do. The code, designs and documentation we produce for your project belong to you, and we hand over everything needed to run and maintain it without us.

Do you work with clients in other countries and time zones?

Yes. We work remotely with clients worldwide and agree overlapping working hours and a regular update rhythm at the start of every project.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share the details of your project.

What happens after launch?

We can stay on for maintenance, monitoring and new features, or hand the project over to your team with documentation and a walkthrough. Many clients start with one and move to the other.

What are UtilLab and Website Auditor?

They are products we build and run ourselves. UtilLab is a set of free developer, PDF, image and SEO tools that run in your browser. Website Auditor is a free SEO audit with 75+ checks and a downloadable PDF report.

How do I get started?

Use the Start a project button on any page and tell us a little about what you are building. We will reply to set up a short call.
